Yea! Sam! It's been a long time! How've you been??

Definitely improved based on the last time I was on traineo! My fitness and weight may have gone out the window, but I'm now:
Not in an abusive relationship
Not living with my ex fiance
Officially cancer free with no check ups needed for 3-5 years
Enrolled to study nutrition starting Feb 20th

So, I will say, I am great Rach, and only going to go up from here =) how about you?

Oh my gosh! That's so great!!! It sounds like you are doing super duper awesome! I'm so happy for you! Sorry you are coming back right in the middle of the Spam bot take over. Boo. But I'm doing pretty great too! A little stressed since it's the end of the semester, but I'm making it. As you can tell from the banner I chose, I'm pretty excited about Christmas. haha!

Ah yes I can't wait to have the end of semester stress back again..
